Fyberworks welcomes the Blue Canoe line to the shop. This collection of certified organic cotton and bamboo clothing is stylish and comfortable. The company was founded 16 years ago in Northern California by Laurie Dunlap and grew from a desire for clothing that would be good for the body and the environment.

On the company’s website, Dunlap says, “I have always embraced the whole concept of natural fabrics and organic materials, for activites such as yoga, Pilates and any holistic fitness activity, having clean, pure, non-toxic fabric next to your skin is crucial.

People are concerned about the environment, and about the choices they make. We all want the same thing: a healthy and secure future for our children. People are looking for alternatives to chemical-ridden clothing and we’re happy to provide a great alternative.”

Not only is the company committed to the health of the planet, they are also dedicated to manufacturing in the United States. Every piece is made in San Francisco keeping production close to home.

You’ll be sure to fall in love when you see this line in person. Pieces like the striped tunic and puzzle dress, shown above, are easy to wear and feel so good next to your skin.

The tuck front tunic to the right, features long sleeves, a V-Neck, and pleating detail in front providing a beautiful silhouette. Pair any of these pieces with leggings or jeans for an easy outfit you won’t have to overthink.
